GPS coordinates, compass heading, elevation, flashlight, strobe, and siren all work offline. Address lookup, intersection detection, and nearby services need a data connection.
Accuracy depends on GPS conditions. Incase shows a real-time accuracy badge (Excellent to Poor) so you always know. Typical outdoor accuracy is 3–10 meters.
The Incase app has no developer-operated app servers, accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking. Saved pins and tracks stay on your device. Apple system services process location-based requests for addresses, intersections, nearby services, directions, and purchases. This website uses privacy-focused Plausible Analytics for anonymous, aggregate traffic measurement. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Open the App, go to Settings (gear icon), and tap “Restore Purchases.” Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

Yes. The siren uses media playback, so the silent switch does not mute it. Its loudness follows your current media volume; raise the volume before use if you need the loudest output.
